FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION
Article 19 of the Declaration of Human Rights guarantees the freedom of expression for every individual.
This is also guaranteed by Article 10 of the European Convention of Human Rights.
In countries bound by dictatorship, this does not exist. In democracies, this is considered as a right.
What is the situation in Malta? In spite of being a democratic country, in realty, every individual is accepted to express his or her opinion in public?
Are there any limits for freedom of expression?
The Discussion continues on STR82dPOINT, Thursday, 15th November @ 21:30pm on ONE.

freedom of expression is a right. i believe there is the negative and the positive as in everything. is not what we say we are is the reality what we are. ex: i can say i m catholic yes, but no i don t go to church and i don t follow the religion, than i m a real chatolic? i don t think so. the same were doing in our country one is expressing his views about this country,ok that s it . your going to court and stuff.is that democracy,no. you have to deal that any person has his/her views. or only the political parties has this right?
